Accessible and inclusive yoga classes combining slow and gentle movements, restorative yoga, breath awareness and meditation. Suitable for beginners.
You’ll need a mat, a blanket, yoga bricks / blocks and a bolster.. But don’t worry if you don’t have any of this as I have equipment available - please request upon booking.
Chair Yoga
Bringing my signature style into a chair focus class; combining slow and gentle movements, restorative yoga, breath awareness and meditation. Suitable for beginners, recovery/ rehabilitation, those curious of exploring a slightly different practice, restricted mobility.
Just because it involves a chair.. doesn’t make it the easy option. Come and see what it’s all about!
