One to One Yoga

Bespoke yoga classes tailored to your chosen combination of functional movement, mindful movement, chair yoga, gentle restorative yoga, breath awareness and meditation. Suitable for beginners and all abilities. One-to-one yoga sessions can compliment your weekly group practice and it may be something specific to you that we don’t always cover in group classes. Tailored completely to you over a number of sessions to achieve what we set out in our consultation. These sessions have the option to be online or in person or a combination of both..

Private Group Yoga

A yoga practice designed to suit your lifestyle; whether you know a friend who prefers to not attend a group environment or are part of a particular club or group that requires something specific - this year I put together a 4 week online programme for a small group of motorcyclists which was really fun to develop!
