Starting the new year with rest; maybe gifting yourself, or a loved one the gift of time to enter the new year with a slowness. Amidst the thick of winter, we need to be kind to ourselves amongst the “new year new me” pressures… come and join our little sanctuary of stillness & sound.
What to expect?
A yoga class with gentle movement to begin, 3 restorative yoga postures which we stay in for approx 10minutes, merging the Savasana relaxation with a crystal bowl soundbath from ‘Shell McKee Wellness’, followed by brews & a slice of cake!
Why Restorative?
Conscious resting encourages balance in the nervous system, reducing the stress response, helping tension relief, aiding sleep, bringing a sense of connection & creating awareness. The perfect end to the festive period to prepare you for your week ahead!
